Had an issue with my order which was annoying, and whoever runs this needs to make sure that sort of thing doesn’t happen. That said, customer service were actually good about it. They kept me updated, got the right part sent out quickly, and didn’t make it a hassle. Bit frustrating at first, but happy enough in the end.
